Sarah Elizabeth Powell
Sarah Powell graduated summa cum laude from New York University - Steinhardt with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance (Music Theatre) as well as a minor in Business of Entertainment, Media and Technology. Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Sarah began dancing at age three with Kaleidoscope & Ballet Pensacola. She remained very involved with the arts throughout her childhood, studying voice, acting, piano, organ and oboe. She was an active performer with Pensacola Children's Chorus, Pensacola Little Theatre, Pensacola State College, Florida State Thespians and Margie Shortt Dance Studio. After attending Interlochen Arts Camp for the music theatre intensive, Sarah enrolled and graduated with honors from Interlochen Arts Academy in classical voice. At NYU, she was an active member of The Players Club as well as secretary for the organization. Sarah also has experience in choreographing and teaching dance classes.
